How many times have we stumbled across a website where we just go "WOW! This site has everything and for great prices too!".  then...


 when we try to contact the owner for information or to place an order, nothing happens, no response, no order confirmation; left a message but no response. This can be so frustrating, and leaves me no choice but to write them off as though they never existed.  I often wonder why these sites are even up, and why someone would even spend time and money to leave them up and running - Oh well... it's their loss! Let's move on.

I've run across this situation one to many times, and so what I did was every time I logged onto a site, and got  responses with good feedback and help, I made a note of the site and kept it in my secret rolodex of slot car dealers.
